Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Our 30-day returns policy is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, unopened and, where possible, in their original packaging. Please include your order number when contacting us.

To request a return, email orders@powerfragrances.co.uk. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send your parcel. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Your statutory cancellation rights

For most goods purchased online, UK consumers have the right to tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods. After notifying us, customers normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Where applicable, statutory refunds include the basic standard delivery charge originally paid. Additional amounts paid for an upgraded delivery service are not normally refundable beyond the cost of the standard delivery option.

Customers are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind items unless we state otherwise. We may make a lawful deduction where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe a product is faulty. Your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy, including where an item was purchased during a promotion or sale.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, contact us first. Depending on the circumstances, the quickest option may be to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will confirm the outcome. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within the applicable legal time limits. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
