Order confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address used at checkout. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Changing a delivery address

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has entered the delivery network, changes may no longer be possible.
